HAPON Shinjuku offers rental plans specially tailored for meetups, talks, events and interviews. Located in the heart of Shinjuku, we offer a friendly atmosphere surrounded by the best of what Tokyo has to offer.

HAPON新宿のオープンエリアを貸し切りでご利用いただけます。床面積100㎡程度。

※シェアオフィス併設施設につき、著しい大声や騒音が想定される「懇親会」や「パーティ」についてはお断りさせていただくことがございます。

当スペースをご利用いただいた法人・個人の方で、ご利用より1年以内に改めてご利用いただける場合、上記の利用料より10%割引いたします(ただし、上記5時間以上ご利用の際の割引以外の割引とは併用いたしません)

・利用日の起算 1 週間超、1 ヶ月以内 … 利用予定金額の 30%
・利用日の起算 1 週間以内 … 利用予定金額の 100%

HAPON SHINJUKU’s open co-working area is available to rent, the floor area is approximately 100 m2.

Available Hours
Weekdays 6:30～10:00 or 18:00～23:30
Weekends and holidays 9:00~23:00
*Please note that because the facility has shared offices, we have to be conscious to only accept events that can adapt to such a surrounding.
*The dates and times available for interview and photo shooting bookings are negotiable.
Open area rental fees
One hour: 16,500 yen (minimum rental time: Two or more hours).
In the case of five or more hours: a 10% discount from the total amount
*Preparation/removal time is included.
*One staff member will attend and work together for setup and removal.
*Please note that the staff will not engage in the event, such as providing reception services.

Payment
Please pay in cash to the attending staff on the day.
Cancellation Conditions
-More than one week and within one month from the date of use … 30% of the planned usage fee
-Within one week from the date of use … 100% of the planned usage fee
-One month prior to the event … 0% of the planned usage fee.

For formal events such as seminars and study sessions, the HAPON Conference Room is also available. The space is 83.57 square meters and seats 30-50 people.
